We dispose of many years of experience and of special techniques guaranteeing the overhaul / repair of electric motors / generators up to a unit weight of 20 t.

In particular our extensive mechanical equipment with boring mills, lathes and a certified welding shop enables us to carry out even extensive mechanical overhauling work quickly and inexpensively.

Electrical apparatus for potentially explosive atmospheres

We hold the license of the land of North Rhine-Westphalia for the repair of Ex-motors of the protection class “increased safety”, “flameproof enclosure” as well as “intrinsically safe systems”.

We are authorized to test repaired electrical apparatus for potentially explosive atmospheres in accordance with § 14 Section 6 of the Industrial Safety Regulation (BetrSichV) with a nominal voltage of 1000V and a nominal power of 1000kW in the explosion groups II A to II C and the temperature classes T1 to T6 for the following types of protection

d.    Flameproof enclosure acc. to DIN EN 50018
e. Increased safety in accordance with DIN EN 50019   and
i.    Intrinsically safe electrical systems according to DIN EN 50039.
